Conscientization programme

       AWARENESS ON MENSTRUAL HYGIENE                           DURING PERIOD TIME

Venue :    MARTHOMA GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL,               KOTTARAKKARA 

  As part of our B.Ed. curriculum, our group—comprising Linta Isac, Anaswara N G and myself conducted a conscientization programme at Marthoma Girls H S kottarakkara .

The programme was organized for these students of Class 8 B and took place on Thursday, November 14. The chosen topic for this important initiative was menstrual hygiene Awareness for maintaining health

The awareness class was taken by us..The programme was conducted on 14/11/2024 after obtaining permission from the school Head master, Jacob Abraham sir.The class were conducted during 3rd period .we divided our topic and presented it before the students interestingly.The students were eagerly waiting for the presentation of the programme.At first,we introduce the topic, "Awareness on Menstrual hygiene during period time".It introduced by Linta Isac,one of the trainees.She introduced about the menses and the stages of women from the starting of menses.The next phase that is'The problems may face due to the lack of hygiene during menses and the remedial measures for that problem' was taken by Anaswara N G .She generates an awareness before the students about the menstrual hygeine .Then the last section was managed by Parvathi. She concluded the topic by mentioning about some ways of overcoming the issues during the periods time.ppt slides were presented to the students relating to the age of adolescence,the problems faced by the adolescent children and the ways to overcome the problems.The students carefully observed each and every minute issues interestingly.After the programme ,the students evaluated the class and expressed their opinion about how effective the class was. 

                     

                    

Weekly reflection 1st week

 I was so thrilled to go for first internship as a teacher trainee. In the first week of teaching practice, I got 3 classes. 23 September 2024 was the first day of my teaching practice. On the second day, I  got class for teaching, on 8E.  So, this day was my first day of teaching in internship dairiesand. I taken the topic 'Food security 'of the chapter Lets regain. Our fields that day, I was tensed to take my first class. It is a memorable day for me. I taken the topic ' Food security' of the chapter, ' Let's Regain our fields'. On the third day  I had taken   class on the topic ' crises in as agricultural sectors' in 8E. On the fourth hour , I had substitution on   9 A .Instead of my class, several substitution class was for me. On the last day of the first week, I got an another substitution class on 8B . So, I get a class for 8 standard students. I am so happy about my class. I am very glad to have talk with my students. I feel proud as the students called me ' teacher '. I will never forget the charming faces of my students.. Although it was a nice experience to me.

   

     

Internship Phase 1 First day

 Day 1

Today was my first day of internship. I choose Marthoma HS for girls Kottarakkara for my intership. I had reached the school at 9.15 am. Then I signed the attendance register and get the timetable from my mentor teacher. The prayer was at 9.30 am and the classes started at 9.45 am. The first and second period was free for me. Then the third hour I had substitution on 8C. And at the fourth period I had class on 8F. I interacted with the students and asked their names. I engaged them while playing funny games and also asked some students to sing a song. Then my mentor teacher was also along with me in the class. Then the classes end at 3.30 pm and I left the school at 4.pm 

Onam celebration ❤️

 Onam celebration was conducted on 12 September 2024. The day, teacher students were wored traditional dress. Onam sadhya, athapookalam etc are the highlight of the onam celebration. Different games related to onam are arranged by student coordinators. With the students and teachers participation, the onam celebration made enjoyable with lots of memories.

                      

Community living camp Day 5

 വിവിധയുടെ അവസാന ദിനം ആരംഭിച്ചത് ശ്രീമതി രഞ്ജിത ടി യുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള യോഗയിലൂടെയായിരുന്നു. 9:30 യോട് കൂടി ക്യാമ്പിൻ്റെ പ്രതിഫലന സെക്ഷൻ ആരംഭിച്ചു. അധ്യാപക വിദ്യാർത്ഥി എന്ന നിലയിൽ ഈ അഞ്ചു ദിവസങ്ങൾ എത്രത്തോളം പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ടത് ആണെന്നും ഈ ക്യാമ്പിലൂടെ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് സ്വായത്തമായ അറിവും അനുഭവവും വിവരിക്കുകയുമാണ് ഓരോ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും ചെയ്ത‌ത്. വൈവിധ്യങ്ങളായ നൂറിലധികം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ അഞ്ചു ദിവസത്തോളം ഒരിടത്ത് ചേർന്ന് ഒന്നായി മാറിയ ദിവസങ്ങൾ, ആ ദിവസങ്ങളുടെ ഓർമകൾ 'സ്‌മൃതിം' ശ്രീ നാരായണ ഗുരു ഓപ്പൺ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് പ്രൊഫസർ ഡോ നൗഫൽ. സമാപന സമ്മേളനം കൊട്ടാരക്കര ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ശ്രീ.എ അഭിലാഷ് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. മുഖ്യ പ്രഭാഷണം നടത്തിയത് ശ്രീ നാരായണ ഓപ്പൺ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് പ്രൊഫസർ ഡോ. നൗഫൽ എൻ ആയിരുന്നു. ബെസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രൂപ്പിനെയും ബെസ്റ്റ് ക്യാമ്പറിനെയും അദ്ദേഹം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. (സി. വി. രാമൻ ഗ്രൂപ്പ്‌) ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഗ്രൂപ്പിനാണ് First ലഭിച്ചത്. സുവനിയർ പ്രകാശനം ചെയ്‌തതിന് ശേഷം 5 ദിവസത്തെ ക്യാമ്പ് റിപ്പോർട്ട് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. പ്രോഗ്രാം കൺവീനർ നവനീത് എ ഒ കൃതജ്ഞത അറിയിച്ചതോടെ വിവിധയുടെ അരങ്ങ് ഒഴിഞ്ഞു.

                   

    

Community living camp Day 4

 വിവിധ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി ക്യാമ്പ് നാലാം ദിനം രാവിലെ ശ്രീമതി രജിത. ടി യുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ സുമ്പ ഡാൻസ് നടന്നു. ശേഷം ആദ്യത്തെ സെക്ഷനിൽ ഡോ. ശ്രീജിത്ത്‌ നായരുടെ എന്നിലെ എന്നോട് എന്ന വിഷയത്തെ ആസ്‌പദമാക്കിയുള്ള ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ ആയിരുന്നു. രണ്ടാമത്തെ സെക്ഷനിൽ അഭിഭാഷക അഡ്വ. ആമിന സലാം അധ്യാപക സമൂഹവും നിയമ സാക്ഷരതയും എന്ന വിഷയത്തെ ആസ്പതമാക്കി വിദ്യാർഥികളുമായി സംവാദിച്ചു. തുടർന്ന് ഉച്ഛഭഷണത്തിനു ശേഷം വൈകിട്ടത്തെ സെക്ഷനിൽ എഴുത്തിൽ അതിജീവനത്തിന്റെ രക്തരേഖകൾ ഒളിപ്പിച്ച എഴുത്തുകാരൻ. ക്വിയർ കവിതയിലൂടെ മലയാളസാഹിത്യത്തിൽ തന്റെ ഇടം കണ്ടെത്തിയ വ്യക്തിത്വം, കേരളസാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി അവാർഡ് ജേതാവ് ആദിയും ഒപ്പം മലയാളസാഹിത്യത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച സിനിമാറ്റിക് നോവൽ റാം കെയർ ഓഫ് ആനന്ദി മലയാളികൾക്ക് സമ്മാനിച്ച പ്രിയ എഴുത്തുകാരൻ ശ്രീ. അഖിൽ പി ധർമജനുമായുള്ള ഒരു സംവാദ സെക്ഷൻ ആയിരുന്നു. ശേഷം രാത്രിയിൽ വിദ്യാർഥികൾക്ക് ആനന്ദിക്കാൻ ക്യാമ്പ് ഫയർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു, അതോടുകൂടി നാലാം ദിനം അവസാനിച്ചു.

                       

 

Community living camp Day 3

 മൂന്നാം ദിനം 

വിവിധ സമൂഹ സഹവാസ ക്യാമ്പിന്റെ മൂന്നാം ദിനമായ ഇന്ന് രാവിലെ 8.30 ന് രജിസ്റ്ററേഷൻ ആരംഭിച്ചു. 9.30 ന് വിദ്യാർത്ഥി പ്രതിനിധി അൽഫിയ ഇന്നത്തെ ദിവസത്തിന് നൽകിയ ആശയമായ അതിജീവനത്തിന്റെ പൊരുൾ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

    രണ്ടാം ദിനത്തിലെ ആദ്യ സെക്ഷൻ മലയാളത്തിന്റെ പ്രിയ എഴുത്തുകാരൻ ബെന്യാമിനും വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും തമ്മിലുള്ള ചോദ്യോത്തരവേള ആയിരുന്നു. നജീബിനെയും അന്ത്രപ്പേരിനെയും അബീശഗിനെയുമൊക്കെ നെഞ്ചിലേറ്റിയ ഓരോ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെയും ഏറ്റവും വലിയ സ്വപ്നസാക്ഷാൽക്കാരമായിരുന്നു വിവിധയുടെ വേദിയിൽ സാധ്യമായത്.ടീ ബ്രേക്കിന് ശേഷം ഇന്നത്തെ സമൂഹത്തിൽ സ്വയം രക്ഷയുടെ പ്രാധാന്യം വളരെ ഏറെയാണ്.

അതിനോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ച് ഉള്ളതായിരുന്നു വിവിധയിലെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ സെക്ഷൻ. കരാട്ടെ ബ്ലാക്ക് ബെൽറ്റ്‌ ആയ മാസ്റ്റർ അർജുൻ ആർ.

മാസ്റ്റർ മുഹമ്മദ്‌ അനസ് എന്നിവരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ നടന്ന ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ ഏവർക്കും വളരെ ഉപകാരപ്രദമായിരുന്നു.

   ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണത്തിന് ശേഷം സെപ്തംബർ -5 അധ്യാപകദിനവുമായി ബന്ധപെട്ടുള്ള അധ്യാപക ദിനപരിപാടികൾ ആയിരുന്നു, വിവിധ ഗ്രൂപ്പുകളുടെ വ്യത്യസ്തങ്ങളായ പരിപാടികൾ ഏവരെയും വിനോദത്തിലാഴ്ത്തി.

3.30 ന് രാഷ്ട്രീയ കലാ സാംസ്‌കാരിക മേഖലയിൽ പ്രമുഖനും മുൻ എം എൽ എ യുമായ എം. സ്വരാജ് വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുമായി യുവത നേരിടുന്ന ഇന്നത്തെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളെ പ്പറ്റിയുള്ള ചോദ്യോത്തരവേളയായിരുന്നു. ടീ ബ്രേക്കിന് ശേഷം പ്രകൃതിയിലേക്കുള്ള യാത്രയായിരുന്നു മീൻപിടി പാറ സന്ദർശനം.
